Ramen Ria is an absolute stalwart of the ramen scene in Christchurch, serving up soul warming bowls of ramen as well as other popular Japanese street eats - Edamame, Takoyaki, Karrage Chicken and Donburi. We take great pride in crafting authentic, tasty dishes using locally sourced fresh ingredients, noodles are made fresh on the daily, while bone broths are brewed for 8+ hours to give them a rich flavour.
On top of that, the upstair bar provides you heaps of options of Japanese beer, soju and cocktails. Cool vibes only.
"No exaggeration - best ramen I have ever had. Ask about the $20 special, ramen & a side of fried chicken. Highly recommend the pork trio ramen! Staff are super friendly and the wait time is minimal (15 mins for us). I would post a photo of the food as soon as it came out but I was so hungry that I forgot to take one! Here's a photo of a half finished ramen, but trust me when I say that it's fantastic."
